Are your products vegan friendly and cruelty free?

Yes, all our products are vegan friendly and all our fragrances have been IFRA tested and approved. We only source our ingredients and supplies from UK companies where animal testing is prohibited. We keep our products as natural as possible, not only to offer a higher quality product for your skin but also with sustainability in mind, for example we use natural ingredients like poppy seeds and oatmeal in our soaps instead of synthetic mini plastics. We aim to be as eco-friendly, natural and sustainable as we can.

Why do you say 'Inspired by'?

Our fragrances have been carefully designed and formulated with similar notes to many designer brands. Our fragrances are not the actual product and the term 'inspired by' is used merely as a guide to what our product may smell similar too. They are fabulous in their own right!

How long is shipping?

We aim to process orders as quick as possible and aim for delivery to be within 2-3 business days, this may be increased during busier periods whereby the demand on couriers is greater. We only ship to UK and Northern Ireland.

What is Eau de Parfum?

The strength of any fragrance can be placed on a scale starting with the weakest concentration which are Eau de Cologne and Eau de Toilette, the concentration is low and generally the fragrance will last on the skin for around 2 - 4 hours. On the other end of the scale is Eau de parfum, a much stronger concentration which will be more fragrant and last for between 8 - 12 hours.

Can I spray perfumes onto my clothes?

We recommend against this as the ingredients are oil based which could result in marking or staining of certain materials. This is the case with any Perfume/fragrance, please do so at your own risk.

What is a shower steamer?

We are glad you asked! Think bath bomb for your shower... In essence they are very similar to bath bombs but are placed on your shower floor, when the spray hits them they release the gorgeous aroma and will give fun fizz and foam. Our aromatherapy range are made using essential oils and have therapeutic qualities.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns
Our returns policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Firstly, contact us by email at info@thescentclub.co.uk giving a description of the reason for your return or refund request. We will endeavour to contact you at the earliest opportunity. If a refund or return is required the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns in the instance of damages must have photographic evidence provided of any product/damaged goods, if you have NOT got photographic evidence of any damages, we will not accept a return. Damages that have resulted from a courier delivery must first be investigated with the delivery company. Any statutory rights are not affected by the above.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us for return instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an order over £40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SHIPPING

Our standard shipping time is 2-3 business days, please allow extra time during the festive/holiday periods. A tracking number will be supplied with all orders for you to track the progress of you delivery. Standard shipping is a modest £1.95 and we offer free shipping for orders over £20
